As of 10 a.m. Monday, all northbound lanes were closed on Route 2 at Friendship Road in Anne Arundel County, due to an accident. Otherwise, no major accidents were reported on Maryland highways.
Most streets around the Mount Royal cultural district in midtown Baltimore have reopened following the Artscape festival last weekend, although a few will remain closed until tomorrow.
No delays have been reported on mass transit systems.
