Baltimore police are responding Friday morning to an accident on the northbound side of the JFX. The incident occurred before 6 a.m., and police were directing traffic off the highway at the exit prior to the incident near the Pepsi sign.
One vehicle was sideways in the roadway, and police and other responders were on the scene.
