People who decide to venture out in the Baltimore-Washington region can expect headaches if they want to use public transportation.
Two morning trains on the MARC Penn line were canceled, the 10:25 a.m. departure from Baltimore and the 7:50 a.m. Washington departure. The Charm City Circulator's Harbor Connector suspended service for the day. A number of other bus services, including Baltimore city's, warned riders of likely delays.

The Virginia Railway Express commuter trains in northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. canceled service Tuesday because of the winter storm.
