An incident on U.S. 29 South in Columbia at Broken Land Parkway has closed two southbound off-ramp lanes and the southbound right shoulder at 8:36 a.m. on Tuesday, according to the state Department of Transportation.
A two-vehicle collision on Interstate 795 North in Owings Mills past Owings Mills Boulevard has closed two northbound traffic lanes and the northbound left shoulder at 8:13 a.m., DOT said.
The Maryland Transit Administration said that due to the Veterans Day holiday there is no commuter bus service except for Route 201, which will operate on a weekend/holiday schedule.
MTA also reported minor MARC train delays at 8:52 a.m. The Penn Line is running on a Saturday schedule, and the Brunswick Line is on the "S" schedule. There is no service on the Camden Line.
