Police have identified the victim who was found shot to death in the 100 block of North Pulaski Street as Jamar Green, 28. Green, who lived in the 1500 block of W. Fayette Street, was found shortly before 4:00 Saturday afternoon. The case remains open and police are asking anyone with information to call 410-396-2100 or Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-7LOCKUP.
