A pedestrian who was hit in the parking lot of Arundel Mills mall in Hanover late Saturday afternoon suffered serious but not life threatening injuries, Anne Arundel County fire officials said.
The 37-year-old woman was struck about 5:20 p.m. by a pickup truck in front of Bed, Bath & Beyond at the shopping center in the 7000 block of Arundel Mills Circle, said Capt. Russ Davies, a county fire department spokesman.
She was taken by paramedics to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. The pickup truck driver stayed on the scene, Davies said.
