A Parkville man was charged with driving under the influence and reckless driving after he flipped his car onto its roof in Ocean City on Sunday, police said.
According to Ocean City Police, Raymond S. Dashiell, 21, was driving in the area of 21st Street and Baltimore Avenue when he struck two parked cars before hitting a curb and rolling his vehicle onto its roof in the median strip.
Dashiell was seen by a Maryland District Court Commissioner and was released on personal recognizance, police said.
According to court records, Dashiell received probation before judgment after being charged with driving under the influence in Towson in 2013.
"The Ocean City Police Department reminds citizens that officers strictly enforce impaired driving throughout the year in Ocean City," police said in a news release.
