Police are investigating reports of gunfire near the National Security Agency's headquarters and one of the agency's buildings has been damaged, according to the National Parks Police.
Parks Police spokeswoman Sgt. Lelani Woods said that NSA officials were trying to determine if the damage to the building was caused by gunfire.
There are no reports of anyone being injured, Woods said.
An NSA spokeswoman said an investigation with the help of local police was ongoing.
