Upon arriving, officers found the victim lying in a field. He was already dead, Wachter said. After the driver apparently lost control of his motorcycle for an unknown reason, the vehicle left the roadway, crashed through the fence, and ejected the rider.

The Baltimore County Police Crash Team is investigating the accident. Wachter said that the victim's name is being withheld until his relatives could be notified of the death.
