A court hearing scheduled for former Ravens cheerleader Molly Shattuck, who is charged with raping a 15-year-old classmate of her son, has been postponed, Delaware officials said.
Shattuck, who denies the allegations and has pleaded not guilty, was due in a Delaware courtroom on March 18 for a final hearing in her case, and had been slated to go to trial March 23. A spokesman with the Delaware Attorney General's Office said no new dates have been set in the case.
Shattuck's attorneys did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
A grand jury indicted Shattuck on nine counts, including third-degree rape and unlawful sexual conduct. Court documents allege that Shattuck began flirting with the boy via Instagram, then started driving him to parking lots to make out with him. She brought the boy and her children to a Bethany Beach rental property, documents say, where she gave him beer and performed oral sex on him.
