The MetLife blimp, spotted everywhere from Gettsyburg, Pa., Hanover and the Inner Harbor over the past two days, is in Baltimore ahead of a Ravens home game Sunday.

Photos of the blimp, a mobile billboard for the New York-based insurance giant, have turned up on social media around the region.

It is in town to provide aerial coverage when the Ravens play the Cleveland Browns at M&T Bank Stadium on Sunday, MetLife spokesman David Hammarström said in an e-mail.

There are actually three MetLife blimps, according to the insurer's website. They have made weekly appearances at NFL games around the country this season, including the Carolina Panthers' opening home game in Charlotte and a matchup between the New England Patriots and Jacksonville Jaguars in Foxborough, Mass., last month, according to the blimp's Twitter account.

Two blimps named "Snoopy 1" and "Snoopy 2" have also covered golf tournaments around the country throughout the spring, summer and early fall, according to a schedule on MetLife's website.
