Officials with the State Highway Administration cautioned commuters to be aware of potentially icy conditions on roadways. The Baltimore City Department of Transportation said that the Charm City Circulator will begin service at 10 a.m. The Baltimore City Department of Public Works said that street sweeping has been canceled and that street sweeping parking restrictions will not be enforced. Trash and recycling routes will run on Friday, DPW said.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported major MARC train and commuter bus delays at 9:03 a.m. MTA also reported minor local bus and mobility vehicle delays. MTA added that MARC train service will operate on an "S" schedule today and there will be no service on the Camden or Brunswick line. An "S" schedule means only trains designated with an "S" at the top of the column will operate, MTA said.

MTA said commuter bus service will also operate on an "S" schedule except for routes 201, 202, 203 and 204. They will operate on a regular weekday schedule but Route 201 might be suspended at the Inter County Connector if road conditions are not safe.
