A crash on southbound Interstate 83 in Baltimore has closed two of three lanes Saturday afternoon, according to state highway officials.
The two-vehicle crash was reported about 2:40 p.m., in the area past Old Pimlico Road in North Baltimore. One of the vehicles overturned, according to the mayor's Office of Emergency Management.
