Most of the state's transportation grid was back on line Sunday, but commuters can expect some delays as the work week begins.
Down trees and wires along the Light Rail's north end, at Falls Road near Cold Spring Lane, continued to block service late Sunday.
Terry Owens, a spokesman for the Maryland Transit Administration, warned that the rail's north end could still be shut down for Monday morning commute. Buses will continue to ferry passengers to stops between North Avenue and Hunt Valley, he said.
"People need to be aware of that and expect some delays and plan accordingly," Owens said.
Buses resumed service around 6 a.m. Sunday, while Metro trains became fully operational at 11 a.m., Owens said.
The state's bridges, including the Bay Bridge, reopened Sunday morning.
