One person suffered life-threatening injuries after a three-car crash on MD-32 in Jessup on Tuesday night, Howard County police said.
The crash shut down MD-32 at Route 1 for an undetermined period of time, police said. Around 8:15 p.m., a car rear-ended another car with two occupants and sideswiped a third car near Dorsey Run Road. One person in the car that was rear-ended was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries, while the other person was less seriously injured, police said.
The driver of the car that struck the others was also taken to a hospital with injuries that weren't life-threatening. Two people in the sideswiped car weren't injured.
