Baltimore police were investigating a stabbing Friday in downtown Baltimore that sent one man to the hospital with serious injuries. The incident began as an altercation between two men near Baltimore and Calvert streets about 9 p.m., police spokesman Detective Jeremy Silbert said. An adult male was taken to the hospital in serious condition and police said they had taken at least one person into custody.
