Victim in I-83 fatal car accident is identified

A 47-year-old man killed in a single-vehicle accident that closed the northbound lanes of Interstate 83 for more than an hour Saturday morning was identified by police Sunday as Calvin Brown of Baltimore.

Nancy Jones, a communications supervisor at the Maryland State Police Golden Ring Barrack, said a call came in at 8:38 a.m. reporting the crash just south of Ruxton Road in Baltimore County. She said the car went off the roadway and overturned.
