A man getting out of his vehicle was shot in an attempted robbery Friday night, Baltimore County police said.
Officers were called at 11:23 p.m., to the unit block Benn Way in Nottingham where the victim was getting out of his vehicle when he was approached by the suspects who attempted to rob him and then shot him.
The victim was taken to an area hospital and is expected to recover from his injuries, police said.
Detectives are investigating persons of interest but have not charged anyone.
