A 62-year-old pedestrian who was crossing Dundalk Avenue was killed when he was struck by a car on Monday morning, Baltimore County police say.
Police identified the victim as Charles Foehrkolb Jr. of Dundalk. Shortly before 7 a.m., a 2002 Hyundai Santa Fe was traveling north on Dundalk Avenue, north of Center Place, when it struck Foehrkolb, police said. Foehrkolb was pronounced dead at the scene.
The police department's crash team is continuing to investigate and will forward its report to the state's attorney's office to determine whether to file charges, they said.
