2 men shot in Baltimore within 10 minutes of each other

Two men were shot within 10 minutes of each other in Baltimore Wednesday night, police said.

The victims arrived at separate city hospitals with gunshot wounds to the leg and shoulder at 8:19 and 8:28 p.m., respectively, police said. Police don't know whether the two incidents are related.

Sometime before 8:19 p.m., a 25-year-old man was shot near the intersection of Sinclair Lane and Moravia Road, police said. The man transported himself to an area hospital. Northeastern District detectives are invesitgating and anyone with information may call 410-396-2444.

Before 8:28 p.m., a man was shot in the 3900 block of Lewin Avenue at 8:28 p.m., police said. He took himself to an area hospital with a wound to his shoulder. Northwestern District detectives are investigating and believe a robbery was the motivation for the incident. Anyone with information may call 410-396-2466.

Both were being treated for their injuries, and their conditions were not released.
