The southbound Harbor Tunnel reopened about 8 p.m. Thursday, two hours after an accident inside the tunnel shut down both travel lanes.
All traffic was being detoured from southbound Interstate 895 onto Keith Avenue in Southeast Baltimore after the crash occurred just before 6 p.m., according to the Maryland Transportation Authority.
