LUSBY, Md. (AP) — Authorities have recovered the body of a swimmer who went missing near Cove Point Light Station in Lusby.

The Calvert County Sheriff's Office says the body of 37-year-old Daniel Brown was found on Saturday. The body of his brother, 39-year-old Douglas Brown, has not been recovered.

Authorities say the brothers were swimming off Cove Point on Friday evening when they became tired from swimming against the tide. A boy who was with the brothers was able to make it back to shore and alerted relatives and authorities.
