Baltimore Police have arrested and charged a man with first-degree murder in connection with a shooting last December, authorities said.
Police said Scott Pinder, 34, also faces assault and weapons charges in the shooting of a 19-year-old man on Dec. 29 at the 3700 block of Reisterstown Road.
Pinder is being held at the Baltimore City Detention Center, police said.
Efforts to reach a representative for Pinder were unsuccessful.
