A 1-year-old girl was cut by shattered glass Monday night after someone fired shots into an Odenton home.

Anne Arundel County police said a suspect shot into the front window of a home in the 600 block of Cadbury Drive at about 9:45 p.m., with the 25-year-old homeowner, his wife, and their three young children inside.

The baby had minor injuries from the glass shards, and no one else was injured, police said. The other children inside the home were 4 and seven-months old.

A suspect is believed to have fled in a dark red Ford Crown Victoria. Police said the shooting "does not appear to be random" and said there would be an increased police presence in the area.
