Prince George's County fire officials say one man is dead and several others were injured when a car ran into the group in a home improvement store parking lot.
It happened Thursday at the Home Depot in Hyattsville. Fire and Rescue spokesman Mark Brady says a car entered the parking lot, striking a group of men standing together.
He says six men were taken to local hospitals, where one man died.
WJLA-TV quotes Hyattsville Police as saying the driver of the striking vehicle passed out behind the wheel before striking the men.
