Baltimore County officials said on Tuesday that a water main break in the York Road area of Towson would cancel afternoon and evening activities today, Oct. 9, at both Stoneleigh Elementary School and George Washington Carver Center for Art and Technology.
It was not clear exactly where the water main break had occurred, but both Stoneleigh and Carver share a campus at 938 York Road in Towson.
