A woman's purse was stolen off her shoulder while she loaded groceries into her car in the parking lot of the Giant at the corner of Loch Raven Boulevard and Goucher Boulevard, Baltimore County Police said.
The robbery occurred at 2:45 p.m. on Sunday, Oct. 20, police said. The woman's purse contained her wallet and cell phone.
According to police, the assailant was a white male between the ages of 18 and 25, 5-foot-9 with a medium build, and short blond hair. He was wearing a navy pea coat and blue jeans, police said.
