Baltimore County Police and Community Relations Council - Towson, Precinct 6 met Tuesday, March 24 in the Hillendale Police Resource Center where the guest speaker, Sheriff R. Jay Fisher, described the sheriff's office and where he had a sheriff's office bomb detection K-9 dog demonstrate how he finds a bomb.
