Pedestrian suffered 'serious injury' in Towson hit-and-run

A 42-year-old woman was taken to Sinai Trauma with a "serious injury" Friday morning after a vehicle hit her at the intersection of York Road and Stevenson Lane in Towson, Baltimore County Police said.

Police spokeswoman Louise Rogers-Feher said police received a call at 10:29 a.m. Friday that a pedestrian was struck by a "white, four-door foreign vehicle with a temporary Maryland tag."

Rogers-Feher said the vehicle sustained hood and bumper damage, and was last seen going east on Stevenson Lane in Towson.

Any residents with information on the vehicle or incident are asked to call Baltimore County Police at 410-307-2020.
