Ceremony starts at the Wayside Cross, travels to the Vietnam Memorial at the historic courthouse in downtown Towson.

A groundbreaking ceremony for a new war memorial will be held following the American Legion and Elks Lodge Annual Memorial Day Service.

Keynote speaker will be Captain Christian Maisel, of the Maryland Army National Guard. Music includes the 229th Army Band, Maryland Sings and the Edenwald Glee Club.
