I feel I must comment on the headline on the letter to the editor from Riborg Norman, Loch Raven Village resident, which was included in Oct. 2 Towson Times, which reads "Use historic unused building to address schools overcrowding."
The term "unused building" is very misleading. The Loch Raven Elementary School building is far from unused. It houses a senior center, Loch Raven Recreational Council, Village Co-Op for Tots and a busy Head Start preschool program. I agree that the building, itself, has certainly seen better days, but it is definitely not "unused" and is an integral part of our community.
