Thank you Councilman David Marks for your initiatives in response to the transportation problems in Towson. There is no question that we need the circulator and an increase in bike paths. The question is how to pay for it.
As a senior citizen, I do not go anywhere if parking is not available. If a public shuttle were available, I would be willing to pay a fare to use it. As Councilman Marks said, a solution to Towson's transportation problems needs a bipartisan approach. Through careful planning, these problems can be solved.
