A 19-year-old man from Pikesville was found dead in Lake Roland around 7 p.m. Friday, Baltimore County police said Monday afternoon.
The body of Benyamin Matisyahu Weiss, of the 3300 block of Smith Avenue, was spotted by a boater who notified police, according to police spokesman Cpl. John Wachter.
The cause of death is unknown at this time, according to Wachter. An autopsy is being completed by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore.
There were no signs of foul play, such as stab or bullet wounds, according to Wachter.
The lake, part of a nearly 500-acre park, is near Mount Washington.
