Youth robbed of cellphone at school bus stop [Crime Log]

Police report that a youth waiting at a school bus stop in the 1700 block of Aberdeen Road in Towson was robbed at gunpoint at 7:15 a.m. on Oct. 14 by a man demanding the youth's cellphone. No further information was available from police.



Murdock Road, 400 block, between 8 a.m. Oct. 18 and 5:30 p.m. Oct. 20. Gym bag with cleats and two baseball gloves stolen from porch. Items found by neighbor and returned undamaged.

Regester Avenue, 1300 block, between 6:45 p.m. Oct. 22, and 7:10 a.m. Oct. 23. Jeep top slashed. Shed door's hasp forced off. Unknown if anything was stolen from Jeep or shed.

Greenleigh Road, 900 block, between 4:30 p.m. Oct. 22, and 8:30 a.m. Oct. 23. Bag containing shoes, iPad and iPad charger stolen from unlocked car parked in driveway.

East Joppa Road, 1600 block, 2:10 a.m. Oct. 22. Someone broke into Pizza Hut. Safe was open; nothing reported missing.

East Joppa Road, 1600 block, between 12:45 a.m. and 5:04 a.m. Oct. 22. Employee arrived at McDonald's and discovered back door unlocked and safe open. Cash stolen.


Gurteen Court, unit block, between 12:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Oct. 26. Man woke to find intruders inside his house. Computer table, game system, other items stolen.

Seminary Avenue, unit block, between noon Oct. 9 and 1 p.m. Oct. 26. Attempted forced entry to front door, side door and rear sliders but no entry gained.

Tullamore Court, 12000 block, between 3 p.m. Oct. 13 and 8 a.m. Oct. 17. Two handguns stolen.


Beaver Dam Road, 10000 block, 3:40 p.m. Oct. 26. Rear door pried open at Hollins Organic Products. Safe stolen.
