Police name suspect in peeping tom case at Towson University

Towson University police said Wednesday they have obtained an arrest warrant for a suspect in a peeping tom incident Monday at the college.

Police said for Zachary Campbell,, 24, is not affiliated with the school.

About 3 p.m. Monday, a man was seen in a third floor bathroom in the College of Liberal Arts building placing a cell phone under a stall divider, school officials said. The incident appears to be an isolated case, Towson University spokesman Ray Feldmann said.

"We are grateful that the Towson University Police Department quickly identified the suspect," Feldmann said in a statement.

Campbell is described as 5 feet 6 inches tall and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing glasses, tennis shoes, blue jeans, a knit hat and hooded jacket.
