The Hunt Valley Inn is officially a Wyndham Grand Hotel.
California-based Laurus Corp. bought the 329-room hotel in 2013 for $20.7 million and started operating it as a Wyndham affiliate. The announcement Thursday of the new flag comes near the end of a $15 million renovation, according to a press release from the Wyndham Hotel Group.
The Shawan Road property, which includes event space that can accommodate up to 1,200 people, was first developed in 1969 by a division of McCormick & Co.
