Lutherville Lab school abuzz with activity for funfest

The fields behind Lutherville Laboratory Elementary School were alive with sack races, ring toss games, face painting, an inflatable obstacle course stations, food, prizes and more, late Friday afternoon during the 16th annual Fall Family Funfest.

Hosted by the schools PTA and funded in part by CFG Community Bank, the 16th annual festival, featured longtime NFL placekicker and former Ravens team member, Matt Stover, who led the "Kick Like a Raven" station and contest.

Under clear and sunny September skies, dozens of Lutherville Lab students and their families took part in the event. In addition, volunteer helpers from Dulaney High School were on hand to help at each station.

CFG bank, which has partnered with the school on literacy projects, also manned a booth at the festival.
