The 15th annual Hereford Fall Festival will be held Oct. 18 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 200 Mt. Carmel Road in Hereford, in the field next to Graul's Market.
The event includes food, crafters, music, wine tasting, gift baskets, silent auction, demonstrations and activities for kids and adults. It is sponsored by the Hereford Volunteer Fire Company and the Hereford Zone Business Association.
Admission for wine drinkers is $10 and includes a glass and eight tickets for wine samples. Non-tasters pay $5. Children under 12 are free with an adult. The wineries offering samples are Basignani, Boordy, Royal Rabbit and Woodhall.
Activities include rides on a hay wagon, ponies, Monster Truck and helicopter. There will be a bounce house for kids, as well as face painting, games and crafts.
Food includes pit beef, crab cakes, barbecue, pizza, soup and homemade bread.
Antique farm equipment and modern fire engines will be on display and demonstrators include a blacksmith with a working forge and a chain saw artist.
