A man was assaulted by six men wearing ski masks -- one armed with a handgun, another with a knife -- on a Baltimore-Washington Parkway footpath in Lansdowne early Sunday morning, according to Baltimore County police.
Police responded at 2 a.m., and the man was taken to a local hospital, where he was treated for non-life-threatening injuries, said Baltimore County police spokeswoman Julia Hardgrove.
He was assaulted on the ground and no belongings were taken from him, Hardgrove said.
No additional information is available at this time, Hardgrove said.
