2nd Avenue and Francis Avenue, 5:45 a.m. July 5. Man in white truck pointed a handgun at woman and stole her purse.
Hollins Ferry Road, 3900 block, between 4 p.m. July 3, and 6 a.m. July 4. Fax machine and vases stolen from Mount Zion Cemetery office.
Freeway, 3000 block, 1:15 a.m. July 2. Woman punched and kicked unconscious by ex-boyfriend while dropping off laundry. Woman taken to University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Man was arrested at the scene.
Footbridge between Twin Circle Way and Freeway, 2:35 p.m. July 1. Bicycle stolen from boy after four boys pushed him off it and punched him in the eye.
Washington Boulevard, 4700 block, 2:20 p.m. July 1. Back door broken and door jam destroyed. Intruder fled after hearing dogs bark.
Washington Street, 4000 block, between 2:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m., June 27. Man knocked on door at residence and told neighbors he was there to pick up a bicycle. He then stole it from the backyard.
