Pedestrian killed crossing Liberty Road in Randallstown, police say

A 25-year-old man died after being struck by a car while crossing Liberty Road in Randallstown early Wednesday morning, Baltimore County police said.

Tuma Fombon Cho, who does not have a fixed address, was found by police at the intersection of Liberty and Old Court roads just before 3 a.m. Wednesday, according to law enforcement.

Police said Cho was struck as he crossed Liberty Road by a Honda Accord traveling west.

Cho was not in the crosswalk at the time he was struck, and the driver who hit him remained at the scene, police said.

The driver was not identified by police.
