Rain will not impact the Catonsville Fourth of July Parade, according to the Catonsville Celebration Committee's website.
According to the website, light or intermittent rain will not cause the evening fireworks to be canceled.
A prolonged, heavy rain could delay the display. If the heavy rain continues, the fireworks will be postponed and held on Saturday, July 6.
Lightning could also delay the fireworks. If lightning continues, the fireworks could be postponed until July 6.
All decisions regarding the fireworks will be made by 7 p.m. Thursday.
