The Greater Catonsville Chamber of Commerce's Frederick Road Fridays Summer Concert Series continues July 5, at 6:30 p.m., with Dirty Secret performing its mixture of blues and classic rock onstage at the Mews at Mellor.

Heavy Seas beer from the microbrewery in nearby Halethorpe and other beverages will be served by the chamber and other local civic groups and nonprofit organizations.

Catonsville Rails to Trails, a nonprofit that seeks to bring the community together by converting abandoned rail and trolley lines into biking and hiking trails, will benefit from the concession sales Friday evening.

The concert series at the Lurman Woodland Theatre will have an abbreviated schedule this weekend.

On Sunday, July 7, Smooth Kentucky will perform its blend of rock, bluegrass and traditional tunes in the natural amphitheater on the campus of Catonsville High School off Hilltop Road and Bloomsbury Avenue.

The band's acoustic stylings feature a variety of string instruments, including guitar, mandolin and violin.

Fans should bring chairs or blankets.
