Police search for additional victims in burglaries near Towson University

A Parkville man previously arrested for string of recent off-campus burglaries in Towson might be responsible for additional incidents, including sexual assault, Baltimore County police said Friday.

Police said Vincent Davis Jr., 43, was targeting female college students and charged him on May 2 in connection with 10 burglaries in the Towson. Investigators are now searching for additional victims after finding a large number of items during a search of his home. Detectives believe there were additional incidents possibly as far back as 2010.

Davis, of the 1400 block of Taylor Ave., is a registered sex offender. He was charged with a sex offense in 2013, when police said he forced a woman into the woods and sexually assaulted her. The woman was able to break free and run from Davis.

He faces burglary and related charges. He was also charged with sex offense this month. He being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. He does not have an attorney listed in court records.
