Sat., June 18, Loch Raven Resevoir: An out-and-back hike along several scenic Loch Raven trails. Some hills. 410-299-8833.

Sat., June 18, Jeremy's Run/Neighbor Mountain, Shenandoah National Park: A 14-mile hike goes to the top of Neighbor Mountain, follows the Appalachian Trail to Elkwallow and finishes along Jeremy's Run. 410-889-8225.

Sun., Patapsco Valley State Park, Glen Artney area: A 6-mile lollipop-shaped hike in Baltimore County has several stream crossings and a couple of sections of rocky terrain. Moderate pace. 410 747-2868.
