Kenneth Brian Riley, 49, was charged Friday with distribution of the prescription painkiller, according to a criminal complaint filed in U.S. District Court of Baltimore.
Riley, a dentist since 1989, had reportedly sold a police confidential source approximately 500 to 1,000 Hydrocodone tablets a week from his office and home since 2006, according to the affidavit.
On four occasions within the past two months, the police source purchased a total of 3,500 Hydrocodone tablets from Riley for a total of $4,550, the affidavit said.
