A 17-year-old is expected to survive after being shot in the face Wednesday afternoon, according to a Baltimore City police spokesman.

Agent Donny Moses said the teenager was shot about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday in the 2700 block of Harlem Ave. He was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, Moses said. No additional details were available Wednesday night.
