A 13-year-old boy remained hospitalized in serious condition after he was shot four times on New Year's Eve in a Woodlawn apartment building, and Baltimore County police have an arrest warrant for a suspect, according to a spokesman for the department. "We're aggressively looking for the suspect right now," said the spokesman, Cpl. Mike Hill, adding that police believe the victim and the suspect know each other. "This wasn't a random crime," he said. Investigators were still trying to determine a motive, according to Hill. A resident found the boy Thursday afternoon lying in a hallway of the building in the 6300 block of Monika Place. The boy was taken to Maryland Shock Trauma Center, where he underwent surgery, Hill said.
