Baltimore County Police have charged two men in connection with the May 29 shooting outside of a bar in Parkville that left a man injured.
Dustin Fitzgerald Scott, 26, and Christopher Joseph Davis, 29, are both charged with attempted first-degree murder and related charges. Both are being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, police said.
At 1:49 a.m. May 29, police responded to the Oakleigh Station bar in the 7100 block of Darlington Drive for a report of shots fired. Police received another call approximately 20 minutes later about an adult male that had walked into an area hospital with multiple gunshot wounds.
Police said an investigation indicated that there had been a fight on the parking lot. During the fight, a suspect opened fire into the crowd, striking the victim multiple times in the mid-body. The victim then got into a car and fled the scene.
Police said Friday the investigation indicated Scott and Davis had a dispute with the victim.
The victim was in an area hospital in stable condition, police said.
