Police have ruled out foul play, but the Maryland Occupational Safety and Health are still investigating death.

The death occurred Wednesday at Maryland Metals Processing, Inc. located in the 4400 block of North Point Boulevard. Emergency crews were called to the facility at about 2:40 p.m. When they arrived, the man was pronounced dead.

A spokesperson for Maryland Metals was not immediately available for comment.
